Important Notice
Divyartha primarily provides digital devotional services (puja bookings, livestreams, devotional videos). Physical delivery of prasad, puja kits, idols, or devotional items applies only to specific subscription tiers and packages where explicitly stated. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
1. What May Be Shipped
Prasad Box
Sacred prasad from the temple — may include turmeric (haldi), kumkum, vibhuti, sweets, or other temple offerings depending on puja type.
Puja Kit / Samagri
Specific subscription tiers include a starter puja kit with mala, idol, vibhuti, incense, and related materials for home practice.
Deity Idol / Murti
Applicable only to premium first-month packages — a small brass or copper deity idol dispatched from the temple region.
Devotional Items
Sacred thread (raksha sutra), prasad laddoo, temple flowers (when feasible), and other auspicious items as determined by the temple.

All timelines above are estimates only. Deliveries may be delayed during major Hindu festivals (Navratri, Diwali, Holi, Dussehra), national holidays, monsoon disruptions, strikes, or other Force Majeure Events. The Company does not guarantee delivery within stated timelines.
3. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all deliverable PIN codes within India via our courier partners. International shipping is available to select countries for premium tiers only, subject to customs clearance and import regulations of the destination country.
Delivery to certain remote areas, J&K, North-East states, and island territories may have extended timelines or restricted availability. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at the time of checkout or subscription selection. Shipping charges may vary by location, package tier, and item weight. The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice. For some premium subscription tiers, shipping is included in the subscription price — this will be explicitly stated on the product page.
5. Shipment Tracking
Where a tracking number is provided by our courier partner, it will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Tracking may not always be available for all logistics partners or all areas. The Company is not responsible for tracking information delays or inaccuracies on the courier partner's systems.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Non-Delivered Shipments
Damaged on Arrival
Email a clear photograph of the damaged item and outer packaging, along with your Order ID, to hello@divyartha.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and may offer a replacement or wallet credit at our sole discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Non-Delivery — Our Responsibility
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will raise a dispute with the courier partner. Outcomes depend on the courier partner's investigation and are not within our control.
Non-Delivery — User Responsibility
No refund or replacement will be provided if non-delivery results from: incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user; recipient unavailable or refused delivery; delivery attempted but no access to premises; invalid mobile number preventing courier contact.
7. Important Notes
- Physical items shown in product images are representative. Actual prasad appearance, packaging, size, and composition may vary based on temple availability and seasonal factors.
- The Company does not guarantee any specific religious benefit from receipt of prasad. Prasad is offered as a devotional gesture from the temple.
- Substitution of prasad items may occur due to temple-level availability constraints. The Company will not be liable for such substitutions.
- Perishable prasad items (laddoos, flowers) must be consumed promptly upon receipt. The Company is not responsible for quality of perishable items delayed in transit beyond our control.
- Do not return prasad shipments without prior written authorization from the Company.
